OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Taste & See Winter Escape Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Taste & See Cabin (“Sponsor”), located in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other booking platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 25 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, officers, agents, representatives, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility before awarding the prize.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on October 2, 2026 at 8PM Central Time and ends on October 12, 2026 at 8am Central Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

Sponsor's records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must complete the required entry steps detailed in the official Giveaway post published by Taste & See Cabin on Instagram and/or Facebook during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per platform.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, generated by bots, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

A complimentary two-night stay for a party of 6 at Taste & See Cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $1,000.

The stay must take place on an eligible date selected from available dates during January or February 2027, as determined by Sponsor.

The prize is subject to cabin availability and the Sponsor's designated eligible dates. Holiday weekends, special-event dates, previously booked dates, and other blackout dates designated by Sponsor may be excluded.

The prize includes the two-night cabin accommodation (cleaning fees and taxes included).

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the prize does not include transportation, airfare, gasoline, meals, groceries, restaurant expenses, recreational activities, travel insurance, personal expenses, incidental expenses, or other costs associated with traveling to or staying in Broken Bow.

The winner may be required to comply with Taste & See Cabin's standard rental agreement, occupancy limits, house rules, age requirements, pet policies, damage policies, and other reasonable guest requirements.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted.

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

The prize:

• Has an Approximate Retail Value of $1,000.

• May not be redeemed for cash.

• May not be sold or transferred without Sponsor's written permission.

• May not be combined with another discount, promotion, credit, or offer.

• Must be redeemed during the designated redemption period.

• Is subject to availability and applicable cabin rules.

If the winner is unable to use the prize during the eligible January or February 2027 dates offered by Sponsor, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

No cash or other compensation will be provided for any difference between the stated ARV and the actual retail value of the stay at the time it is redeemed.

8. WINNER SELECTION

Following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period, one potential Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The drawing is expected to occur on or about October 12, 2027 @ 8pm CT.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) from Taste & See Cabin's official Instagram and/or Facebook account.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified on or about October 12, 2027 @ 9:30pm CT.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the initial notification unless Sponsor specifies otherwise.

Sponsor will never require a winner to provide a credit card number, send money, pay a processing fee, or make a purchase to claim the prize.

Participants should be alert for fraudulent accounts impersonating Taste & See Cabin. Official winner communications will come only through @taste_see_cabin and Taste & See Cabin- Broken Bow

If the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;

• Does not respond within the required time;

• Is determined to be ineligible;

• Fails to complete requested eligibility documentation;

• Refuses the prize; or

• Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within forty-eight (48) hours to claim the prize.

To fully claim the prize, the potential winner must complete and return any required Release of Liability, Property Waiver, eligibility verification, or other required documentation within seven (7) days of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize.

In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor concerning administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, manipulate the drawing, submit fraudulent entries, interfere with the administration of the Giveaway, harass other participants, or violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, platform failure, natural disaster, government action, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity or administration of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, to the extent legally permissible.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, contractors, and promotional partners from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such a release is prohibited by applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuccessful entries resulting from technical problems, platform interruptions, internet connectivity, device malfunction, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. TRAVEL AND STAY

The winner and the winner's guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from Taste & See Cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

The winner and all guests must comply with applicable laws and Taste & See Cabin's guest policies and house rules during the stay.

The winner is responsible for the conduct of all guests accompanying the winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for weather, road conditions, transportation delays, personal scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances that may affect the winner's ability to use the prize.

14. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize may constitute permission for Sponsor to identify the winner by first name, social media username, city/state, photograph, or other voluntarily provided information in connection with announcing the Giveaway winner and promoting the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

Where required by applicable law, Sponsor will obtain separate consent before such use.

15. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, award the prize, and otherwise fulfill Sponsor's legal obligations.

Sponsor will handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor's privacy practices.

Entry into the Giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing email or text messages where separate consent is required by law.

16. INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

Entrants agree that Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. have no responsibility for the administration of the Giveaway or fulfillment of the prize.

17. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by applicable law, issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to deprive an entrant of consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

18. WINNER INFORMATION

After the winner has been verified, Sponsor may announce the winner through the official Taste & See Cabin social media accounts.
